I like Optimate products and selected this based on feedback from other users for my Ducati Multistrada V4S. Unfortunately it doesn’t entirely work as due to the shape it protrudes too far into the steering / suspension area and actually clashes with the steering head when turning towards full-lock. It can of course be rotated upwards to ease the contact, however, that then defeats one of the key selling points, remaining watertight! In reality not a good choice. I wouldn’t recommend it for my type of bike, unless planning to use it whilst static. Otherwise if using when on the move, any contact with the steering will almost certainly dislodge it, then it’s gone……..
