When will my order be delivered?
All orders placed through this website are delivered via our courier DPD. If your order is placed before 12pm will we endeavour to deliver it the next working day. Otherwise please allow 2 working days for delivery.
If you have not received your delivery after 2 working days please contact us directly and we will advise you of an estimated delivery date / time.
Do you deliver outside of the UK?
Yes we do. Please contact us directly and we can advise you of delivery prices.
Can you advise me which product is best for my battery?

How can I tell the difference between the connector types?
Since Sept 2000 OptiMates have been fitted with TM connectors. In 2012, the SAE connector was introduced. The easiest way to distinguish between the two is to look inside the rubber casing. TM has a white connector, while SAE versions are black.

Do you provide servicing?
Yes we do, please see our contact page. All of our products come with a warranty, but if your product is no longer in its warranty period we can still advise the best course of action.
Can I return my product?
We are happy to accept returns, but please contact us before doing so, as we will need to issue you with a returns number first.
